The house is spacious with a beautiful layout, making it perfect for a large group. It offers great privacy, and the host is very kind and approachable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
If you’re planning to cook frequently, the only downside is that the kitchen water pressure is quite low and the gas stove heat is not very strong, this is an area that could do some improvement.
Overall, we had an excellent experience and would happily stay again.

Nice get-away in the Pocanos. The place was very close to the mountains. We loved the wood burning fireplace in the kitchen area. The sauna was nice, but took a little bit of playing and planning to get heated up. It did eventually get to ~170 and was nice. Its worth noting that we stayed during a bitterly cold (-4 degree) weekend so that made it diffifult to keep everything (sauna and game room) warm! The hosts were very responsive! Overall we really enjoyed the place.

We love staying at Vanesa’s place. Great gathering house for family and friends with the best game room and sauna.
Really close to the ski resort.

We had a great time MLK weekend! The house was perfect for both kids and adults. The location was amazing. A 5 minutes drive to Jack Frost and close to stores and restaurants. Vanessa was super responsive and directions for the house were clear. We look forward to another trip!

We had an amazing stay at Vanessa’s place! Vanessa and TJ were extremely communicative and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The house was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures, no surprises at all. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful area, which was perfect for our group. We stayed with a group of 11 and had plenty of space. Everyone had a great time, especially enjoying the game room. The kitchen was well stocked, and we really appreciated the variety of seasonings available, it made cooking for a large group so much easier. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Vanesa's home in Jim Thorpe. The home was very inviting, clean, and spacious... perfect for our party of 10. The kids had plenty of indoor and outdoor space to explore, and the adults loved the various sitting areas throughout the home. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, tools and pantry staples for cooking meals. The location is ideal for visiting the nearby ski resorts and indoor water parks. Looking forward to returning in the future.

It is our family tradition to visit Jim Thorpe during Christmas time every year, but this was our first time staying at Vanesa’s property. It is absolutely beautiful, spotless, spacious, comfortable, and extremely accommodating, stocked with everything you and your family could need. She is very responsive and everything went seamlessly. The scenery is gorgeous and staying here really made our family getaway extra special. Thank you for having us and we can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Vanesa’s property for 2 days and it was incredible. The house was beautiful and looked just like the photos and the outdoor area was even better. We had so much fun using the kayaks and making smores around the camp fire. They were super friendly and supportive and even allowed us to check in early. A must if you are in the area

We were a group of seven women over 55 staying here for our annual weekend getaway and this place did not disappoint! The views were stunning! Very private in spite of being in a (beautiful) neighborhood. The kitchen was very well stocked - even for us. Furniture was very comfortable and spacious enough for all of us to be together comfortably. House was very clean too. And the tub in the master bath was a serious bonus!!! Would definitely stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay at Vanesa’s place! The house was very clean, warm, and comfortable. Vanesa was so thoughtful — she shared everything we needed to know even before we asked. The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful, and the heater, Wi-Fi, and all the amenities worked perfectly.
Our whole family, from grandparents to grandkids, was very happy with our stay. Highly recommend
