Other Details to Note

- The charging cable for EV charging is not included - bring your own cable - The TVs do not have cable TV or streaming subscriptions. Most popular streaming apps are already downloaded - simply bring your own login details. The TV in the family room has a Chromecast that you can use to cast sports from your laptop - The games room is in the garage and is not heated space. However it is insulated and has heated living areas above it, so it's not freezing and can still be enjoyed in the winter with a light jacket - Please report any accidental damage as soon as it occurs - Guests are responsible for any fines incurred as a result of breaking community rules (this has never happened yet) - The owners may store a vehicle in the garage, however it is a very large garage and there will still be space for 2 guest vehicles. - A golf cart is stored in the garage. Unfortunately its not available for guest use (for insurance reasons) - Guests should plan on cleaning the outdoor propane grill after use, if they use it during their stay. Cleaning supplies are located in a crate under the grill. The cleaning fee for the house does not include cleaning the grill. If the grill is left dirty then an additional fee may apply - Only registered watercraft are allowed on the lake, so unfortunately guests cannot bring their own watercraft - 2025 opening dates for community swimming pool. The pool is open on weekends only from Memorial Day weekend until 6/14. From 6/14 onwards it's open every day until Labor Day. - 5/24-5/26

House Rules

- Minimum age for Primary Renter is 30. - You may smoke outside, but strictly NO SMOKING indoors ($500 cleaning fee applies) - The cleaning fee covers normal cleaning only (wiping surfaces, mopping floors, vacuuming, laundry, changing beds). An extra cleaning fee may be charged if the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess (e.g. dirty dishes in sink, items strewn around the house, garbage not taken to garage, mess on the floor etc.). A dishwasher is provided for your convenience: there is a $20 additional cleaning fee for dirty dishes left in the kitchen. - No candles, slime or confetti. - No events. - No guests are allowed at the house in addition to those on the original booking - including day guests - this is for insurance reasons. - No bachelor parties/weekends or prom celebrations. - Host reserves the right to request photo ID from primary renter to verify age and facilitate contactless check-in. - If you use the Weber propane grill outside, please clean it after use. - Township & community rules prohibit fireworks; fines apply and primary renter will be liable. - Primary renter is liable for any community traffic fines incurred (e.g. running stop signs)

We had a wonderful stay at Vanesa's home in Jim Thorpe. The home was very inviting, clean, and spacious... perfect for our party of 10. The kids had plenty of indoor and outdoor space to explore, and the adults loved the various sitting areas throughout the home. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, tools and pantry staples for cooking meals. The location is ideal for visiting the nearby ski resorts and indoor water parks. Looking forward to returning in the future.

It is our family tradition to visit Jim Thorpe during Christmas time every year, but this was our first time staying at Vanesa’s property. It is absolutely beautiful, spotless, spacious, comfortable, and extremely accommodating, stocked with everything you and your family could need. She is very responsive and everything went seamlessly. The scenery is gorgeous and staying here really made our family getaway extra special. Thank you for having us and we can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Vanesa’s property for 2 days and it was incredible. The house was beautiful and looked just like the photos and the outdoor area was even better. We had so much fun using the kayaks and making smores around the camp fire. They were super friendly and supportive and even allowed us to check in early. A must if you are in the area

We were a group of seven women over 55 staying here for our annual weekend getaway and this place did not disappoint! The views were stunning! Very private in spite of being in a (beautiful) neighborhood. The kitchen was very well stocked - even for us. Furniture was very comfortable and spacious enough for all of us to be together comfortably. House was very clean too. And the tub in the master bath was a serious bonus!!! Would definitely stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay at Vanesa’s place! The house was very clean, warm, and comfortable. Vanesa was so thoughtful — she shared everything we needed to know even before we asked. The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful, and the heater, Wi-Fi, and all the amenities worked perfectly. Our whole family, from grandparents to grandkids, was very happy with our stay.
